Picture in a Frame

This is a digital drawing I created in 2022 after getting inspired by the song Freedom Was A Highway by Jimmie Allen. In this song, he sings about being able to remember driving down country roads seeing the sunset through his windshield, and he could see it now like a picture in a frame. This related to me because I live in the country, and every day I see a beautiful sunset on my way home. I thought this was also something that most people can relate to, because everyone can think of a time they were on a peaceful drive with a beautiful sky in front of them. I created this on Photoshop and referenced photos I took of backroads, a sunset, and the inside of a car that I put together into one image. The piece is 20"x16". This piece has also been accepted into the South Bend Art Museum Exhibition "Around the Bend." I think that my contribution will cause people to think of a good memory through it, and also give me a chance to be more of a known artist in the community.
