Natural Beauty: Pelican

This is a print that I created in my printmaking class at IUSB in the spring semester of 2022. It goes along with a few other prints in the series I am calling Natural Beauty. They all have stylistic traits that you can see in the details I put into them. This was drawn in Photoshop and printed onto a lithography plate, where I then made a print from it. On the left is the image from Photoshop that I drew, and on the right is the image of the print I made from it. I took my inspiration from a photo that I took of a pelican a while back. Finding the beauty in everything around me is something that I love to do, and replicating that in my prints for this series has brought me a lot of joy.
