This piece was a print that I created through the lithography process in the spring of 2022. I created the geometric border with various tools within Photoshop, and then everything else was drawn within Photoshop. It represents Clytie, a goddess who fell in love with the god of sun that ended up leaving her for another woman. She died of heartbreak, and where she collapsed, sunflowers grew. For eternity, she and her sunflowers watched the sun cross the horizon, longing for the sun gods love.
